Our Shears are subject to special requirements: They should be compact, so that integration into our Cut-to-length Lines works out smoothly. They should be able to be used as Crop Shears or Scrap Choppers too and do their job particularly efficient. They should cut fast, work for a long time and cost-effectively – in any environment, no matter how harsh.

In order to meet these special requirements, we build the Shears ourselves – pneumatic and hydraulic, depending on their required use.

What most of our Shears have in common is that the lower blade is installed flush with the bottom machine block – this way we achieve a vertical parts drop. This provides a great advantage, especially for the sheet stacking onto pallets in Cut-To-Length Lines.
