Feeder-Straighteners

As opposed to mere Straighteners, Feeder-Straighteners combine two processes with the help of a servo drive and measuring wheel system: straightening and feeding. Above all, this saves a lot of space, but time and energy too.

Our RMA technology serves as the basis here: The articulated principle of the alligator head enables intermediate lifting of the entire straightening head (for piloting), while the full drive of the straightening and feed rollers ensures indexing without slippage and can be commonly used for all material cross-sections.

Our Feeder-Straighteners are particularly efficient in Compact Feed Lines and in Cut-To-Length and Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Lines.
